📝 Position Overview
The Secretary at Vita Cura Institute (VCI) will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the institute. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional individual who can manage administrative tasks, handle communications, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage front-desk duties, greet visitors, and direct them to appropriate departments.

Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from students, parents, and partners in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records, files, and correspondence.

Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.

Support the admissions team with application processing and student documentation.

Coordinate with faculty, staff, and administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain office supplies and oversee basic logistical needs.

Draft and edit official letters, memos, and reports as required.

Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Support event organization (seminars, workshops, and student events).
✅ Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or office manager (education sector experience is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
